You’ve probably seen this floating icon when using apps downloaded by Panda Helper. This is our Panda Elves, you can find game tools and VIP exclusive tools in it, such as Cheat Engine, Speeder, etc..
How to quickly feedback to Panda Helper official when you encounter some problems in Panda Elves?
Frequently questions include:

• Some game tools you used before, such as Speeder, but now you can’t find them in Panda Elves.
• Some game tools that used to be normal suddenly don’t open.
• Some game tools used to work normally, suddenly failed to use.
• And any other questions when use.
  If you encounter any of these problems, you can restart the game or device first. If it still don’t work, you are advised to report them directly to us.
  We also have a convenient feedback way for these situations.

Step1: Click the floating icon to enter the Panda Elves.

Step2: Select the second icon in the upper right corner to enter the “My Order” page.

Step3: Select “Click Feedback” at the bottom.

Click on the feedback, it will jump to the mailbox, the log file will be automatically generated in the attachment, send to us for checking.Then you just have to describe your problem, and we’ll help you solve it as soon as possible.You can also access FAQ.
