For those who have failed to jailbreak using the Electra tool, a new jailbreak tool called Th0r seems to solve the jailbreaking problem. You can use Th0r to jailbreak for iOS 11.2 – 11.3.1/11.4(b3). @pwned4ever released this jailbreak tool. Here we would like to show you how to install Th0r and jailbreak iOS 11.2 – 11.3.1/11.4(b3).

Download Th0r by Panda Helper

First, you need to install Panda Helper to get Th0r for your Device because you can’t get Th0r from the iOS app store.

Step 1: Go to Panda Helper’s official website with Safari. And tap On “iOS Download.”

If you are not a VIP member of Panda Helper, you have two choices: to be the VIP member or try Panda Free version.

Step 2: You will now see “Free version” and “VIP version.” Select “Free version” and click the “Install” button.
Please install the Free web version if the Free App Version can’t download.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to install the panda helper profile so that Panda Helper installs successfully. Please wait for it to install on your home screen.

You can go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management > Downloaded Profiles to trust a certificate used by Panda Helper. (Since apps need the certificate from Apple and can operate on iOS devices, we need to trust the certificate to get used.)

Step 4: Open the Panda Helper app and enter “Th0r” in the search bar.

Step 5: You can get all results in Panda Helper. Tap the app you want, and press “Download” to start downloading. A pop-up will appear after downloading to tell you to install the app when you open it the first time if you see the “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” message. Go to the Settings app, Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management, and trust the app’s profile.

Step 6: Now Th0r is ready to jailbreak.

How to Jailbreak iOS 11.2 – 11.3.1/11.4(b3) Using Th0r

Firstly, run the Th0r jailbreak application from your home screen. There you can see the “VFS sploit G” button; tap on it. Once done, the device will respring.

Then open Th0r again. You will see the “VFS sploit G” button. Tap on it.

Once “Share Th0r?” appears, your device is jailbroken. And Cydia is already on the home screen of your device.

Now, for any users jumping from Electra to Thor, you’ll likely get YELLOW ERRORS. This is due to Th0r adding the pack is repo locked into your repo sources. You can open the Cydia goto the sources tab. Then simply tap edit and find「repo.packix.com」 and remove it.

Due to the jailbreak is not perfect, Cydia flashback after iPhone reboot, you need to re-activate the jailbreak state, just open Th0r jailbreak again.
