Input your weight and calories everyday, and Fitmoh uses your own data to give you your body's maintenance calories (TDEE). *TRACK TRENDS IN YOUR WEIGHT Enter your weight and calories into Fitmoh, and Fitmoh will track overall trends in your bodyweight. It provides visuals of your changes over time, along with having a "data table" mode to see your weight and calorie entries in a grid. * REACH YOUR GOALS Set a goal in Fitmoh, including how much weight you want to gain per week and your goal weight. With Fitmoh's specified goal screens, you can always keep tabs on your progress and make sure you're on track. * MEASUREMENT TRACKING Track your body measurements and see how your goals affect your body measurements, and vice versa.
