Account Reseller Program

Panda Helper uses apple developer identity to allow users to install apps to non-jailbroken devices. We use money that users pay for VIPs to buy such identities from Apple. However, Due to recent revocations and new restrictions put in place by Apple on buying developer accounts, there are delays in activations and revoke replacements.

This is an unprecedented scenario, which we cannot prepare for. So we are now seeking help from the community to help us by joining our Account Reseller Program and receive additional income from it.

Account Reseller Program

The Concept behind the Account Reseller Program is that you buy personal developer account from Apple and give it to Panda Helper Team. It will help you to earn some money and help another users on Panda Helper to use apps on non-jailbroken devices. We will use those accounts to provide activations and replacements to members affected.

What's my benefit?

• You will be offered $180 or equivalent for every developer account which costs $99 or equivalent. Which is double of the amount of what you paid. (We will give $90 immediately upon verification and handover of the account. After 30 days, you will continue to receive $90.）
• In addition, we will also provide VIP benefits, please contact us if you are interested.
• 24-h payouts to your PayPal.

Prerequisites:

• Apple device
• A valid mobile phone number that can receive SMS or call
• A valid credit card with $100 balance

Handover

1. Email address of the Apple ID
2. Password of the email
3. Password of the Apple ID
4. Any contact method such as telegram, iMessage, whatsapp
5. 2FA codes for this account
6. Paypal Account, such as xxx@xx.xx (Used to receive incentive money after successful verification.）

Does country of account matter?

Yes. This program is currently open for the pilot in Europe and America, and please contact us to verify your location before registering your account. We will continue to open for other countries later, so stay tuned.

Is it legal?

Yes. Panda Helper has consulted with local lawyers in different countries, and the only thing you violate is section 3.2 (f) of apple developer agreement.

As you see, it is contract between you and company, it covers only developer part of relationship with you and apple, nothing more. Your Apple ID, iCloud or any other part of apple ecosystem that does not belong to developer portal is not affected.

Is it private?

Yes. Panda Helper never shares developer account information to anyone and not providing cryptographic identities that can identify you or your devices.

How to participate in Account Reseller Program?

Option 1: Apple Developer App（U.S. resident）

1. Create a new Apple Account https://appleid.apple.com/
2. Logout from iCloud on your device.
3. Log in to iCloud on your device with freshly created Apple ID. Chose not to merge data.
4. Download Apple Developer App from AppStore with your newly created AppleID.
5. Open App and tap “Enroll Now”, tap “Sign with Apple ID” and chose your new Apple ID.
6. Follow instructions to enroll as Individual / Sole proprietor.
7. Proceed to payment and pay for it. Don’t forget to turn automatic renewal off if Apple offers you to turn it on.
8. Apple will email you once they activate the account .(can take upto 24-48 hours)
9. Log out from all your devices with this account.
10. Your account is ready for handover.

Option 2: Using Web（European resident）

1. Create a new Apple Account https://appleid.apple.com/
2. Login to the account you just created on your iOS device and go to Settings > Apple Account > Password and Security > Enable 2FA
3. Go to https://developer.apple.com/account– apple developer portal. Log in, Agree with terms, Click “Join Apple Developer program”.
4. Fill in the form with legitimate information, go further until you will see entity type selection select “Individual / Sole proprietor”.
5. Proceed to payment and pay for it. Don’t forget to turn automatic renewal off if Apple offers you to turn it on.
6. Apple will email you once they activate the account (can take up to 24-48 hours)
7. Log out from all your devices with this account
8. Your account is ready for handover

Notice

• Apple may ask you to provide your ID. Only Apple has access to this data, you submit your documents via secure app or apple website. Panda Helper never has access to your ID or information, it is covered in Apple Privacy Policy. Apple do not share such information with any 3rd party.
• Please Make a separate Apple ID for this program as you will be giving it to us. Do not use your personal Apple ID for this program.
• You will need a valid phone number to receive codes on it, we will remove that number from account at the time of handover.
• Please make sure you use, legitimate identity and credit/debit cards, and you use legitimate information to create this developer account.

Troubleshooting

• I see “Enrollment could not be completed at this time” on Apple developer website – try again in a little while. Make sure that you have added account to your device on step 2 of manual
• I see “Your request could not be completed at this time” on Apple developer website – IP address of a country and country of your Apple developer account and freshly created Apple ID must match. Do not use a VPN.
