Private certificate, less revokes!

1. Use private certificate, which means that when most other apps are revoked, these apps may still be available!
2. If revoked, it will be fixed within 24 hours!
3. Because it uses very expensive services, it costs $100+ to sign an app, so there are fewer apps.
